You may look at Kyler and think he’s young, but don’t let that fool you. Kyler Sultemeier is no stranger to the world of real estate. He was introduced to the art of property transactions at a very young age. Not to mention, his father has been a very respected home lender for over 30 years. Knowing that buying or selling a home is no easy feat, Kyler decided to join a brokerage that puts the client first and supplies them with any tool imaginable to provide a smooth transaction process: Keller Williams.
Kyler was born and raised in the small destination town of Fredericksburg, Tx. He attained a marketing degree from Baylor University, focusing on real estate. From a young age he has been a dedicated athlete. Hard work and determination allowed him to compete through college, and even attend the collegiate national championships for track and field. Shortly after, his talent was recognized by Team USA. With a winter sports focus and the foundation of being raised in a heavily vacationed town, Kyler decided he would feel best at home in Park City. If you ask, he’ll tell you it’s the best decision he’s ever made. Now a competitor for the US Skeleton Team, Kyler applies his work ethic to challenge some of the World’s best athletes. But why stop there? Kyler decided to combine his noted commitment with his love for real estate and become an agent in Park City. Now he devotes the same amount of effort to his clients as he did his sports career. When Kyler is not facilitating transactions, you can find him skiing down the mountains in the winter, and fly-fishing the Provo River in the summer.
