Heber City and Midway are booming. The “Heber Valley” as it is referred to has been named one of the fastest growing small towns in the country, and one of the best valued resort towns. What’s so great about these two towns? Collectively both can offer the same home quality you can find in Park City, the acreage you can find in Silver Creek, but for a much lower price. Heber is also home to the closest private airport servicing the area. Heber City and Midway are booming. Collectively both can offer the same home quality you can find in Park City, the acreage you can find in Silver Creek, but for a much lower price. Heber is also home to the closest private airport servicing the area. For those who prefer more private amenities, there are two gated communities with country clubs in the area- Victory Ranch and Red Ledges. Both communities showcase world class golf courses and spectacular views. The private clubs offer gyms, pools, equestrian centers and restaurants. Victory Ranch offers a private stretch of the Provo River for fishing, and a shooting facility. Heber City proper offers modest homes with the occasional remodel here and there. Midway hosts more upscale custom homes on acreage. In Midway proper, a lot of the architecture has been Swiss influenced. There are several subdivisions and developments between the two towns.
