Kimball Junction

Kimble Junction is that “next town over” from Park City. Majorly developed after the 2002 Olympics, Kimball is connected to Park City by way of HWY 224 right off I-80. Enjoy a 5 minute commute to the Canyons ski area, and a 10 minute trip to Main Street. Kimball Junction has the closest commodities outside of Park City proper. Smith’s, Wal Mart, Whole Foods, Best Buy and over 30 restaurants. Not to mention, a movie theater and the outlet malls. Real estate ranges from condos to multimillion dollar estates just across the interstate. Within Kimball Junction is the Newpark development, which hosts several condominium developments. Here there is a good range of nightly rentals and full-time residents. Views showcase the Swarner Preserve and the Olympic Park. Across I-80, Trout Creek and Blackhawk Station offer affordable single family living. These neighborhoods look out to a small stream and the undeveloped portion of Glenwild. Above I-80 you will find the gated community of Glenwild. Here you can find some of the larger homes in the Park City area with incredible views. They are accompanied by another of the private county clubs and golf courses in town. The Tom Fazio course has been voted “Utah’s Best” by Golf Digest. If residents are not interested in golf, the club also offers a spa, restaurant, gym, fly fishing, and Camp Glenwild for children. NBA legend Michael Jordan chose Glenwild as his mountain oasis for occasional ski trips.
